Beloved husband of Mary for 66 years.
Much loved father and father in law to Gary and Irene, Joy and Phil (dec.), Pam and Ray, Vicki and Andy.
Much adored Poppy to Nick and Kathy, J’nae and Craig, Danial, Rebecca and Michael, Troy and Natalie, Joshua and Jessie, Kylee and Matt, Dean and Casey.
Treasured Great Poppy to Evie and Isla, Cooper, Mila and Hunter, Samuel, Daisy, Pearl and Peppa, Leo and Joseph, Poppy and Brock.

A Memorial Service to Celebrate the Life of Mr. Trevor Dean (Tas) Haywood will be held at the Grandstand Complex, Leongatha Recreation Reserve, Roughead Street Leongatha on FRIDAY (June 1, 2018) commencing at 3.00pm.
A Private Burial will precede this Service.
