  5. Ankie, loved unconditionally, adored her kids and in-laws, and especially her grandkids, and anyone that came to their home. She was the most hospitable person and generous in every way. She was the best grandmother, one I aspired to be like. She was a great cook who gave all her recipes to anyone who asked, my book has heaps of them, and they will be continually baked and eaten by all who have enjoyed Ankie’s cooking. I will certainly miss Ankie, but have many many fond memories. Joe we love you. You had an amazing woman beside you. Be continually praying for you.
