We have so much respect and admiration for Col, who brought his ingenuity, commitment and expertise to so many vital projects on our farm. His major repair work on the Black Swamp sea-wall was a wonderful achievement: we will never look at it without remembering him. Our deepest sympathy to Sue and family.

Condolences to the Smith family on this sad occasion. Col was a top bloke who I grew up with and played footy. He was a skilled, determined and successful player who I admired and all his life dedicated to the Fish Creek Football Club and the wider community. Unfortunately, I can’t join you today as planned as have come down with a dose of the flu so I will be joining you in spirit from afar. Henry Mueller and family.
