PRATT, Edna Joan (née Walker)

Well Joan, the time has come for us all to say goodbye but you leave us with fond memories at Alchera House. You were part of our family whilst living with us and you always showed appreciation to staff and nurses for your care.
I very much enjoyed sharing Earl Grey tea with you, weak black, one sugar and definitely no cold water.
You were rather partial to roses, bingo and of course Geelong cats….”they always play fairly “.
We will miss you Joan. ❤

Aunty Joan, you were always such a big part of our lives. You rarely missed a netball game so long as you could drive, even getting bogged on the odd occasion. You were sharp as a tack right to end.
You will be greatly missed.

Aunty Joan, your life’s journey has come to an end. The eldest of your siblings and with your passing , the end of an era. Great supporter & life member of the Bena Football club. Who can forget your homemade tomato sauce, soups and lamington drives all for footy club fund raising. Rest In Peace Aunty Joan, reunited with Bill, Wendy and Gary. Condolences to Neil and family. Auntie Joan you were a big part of our family. You spent many Christmases with us, always arriving with far too much home cooked food, gifts for all and keen to hear what we were all up to. You followed the sporting results with interest and if you hadn’t heard the outcome there were several phone calls to get the accounts of the day. Needless to say you were always proud of each individual.
You are now reunited with Uncle Bill, Gary and Wendy.
