The Funeral Service to Celebrate the Life of Mrs. Patricia Elaine Polanske will be
held at the RSL (cnr Smith Street and Michael Place), Leongatha on MONDAY (September 10, 2018)
commencing at 11:30 a.m.
Private Cremation.
If desired, in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Cancer Council.
