Brother of Bill, Elaine, Pauline (dec), Raymond (dec), Maree (dec) and Tom.
Respected Uncle to his many nieces and nephews.
Loving and much-loved husband of Margaret. Loved father and father-in-law of Lynne and Ross Dowel, Ken and Bernadette, Pauline and Chris Baudinette and Ian and Karen.
Dearly loved Pop of Daniel and Aly, Shaun and Emma, Jordan and Chloe, Thomas, Samuel and Kelly, Maddie and Troy, Kate and Keven, Chloe (dec) and Ben.
Great Pop of Jack, Milly, Grace and Olivia.

A full life well lived

Deepest sympathy to Aunty Margret and family, Uncle John was always a character to me, we use to play boxing when I was a kid in the old fashioned style with straight backs and fists out in front, and from that we had a greeting when we saw each other over the years…’Last of the straight backs!’ Only John and I knew what we meant.
