I’m so sorry to hear of Keith’s passing. In 1989, Keith arranged an amazing opportunity for me to travel overseas for the first time to Italy and Switzerland as part of the Lions Club Youth Exchange Program, which I’ll never forget. Condolences to the Marshman family.

Woorayl Lodge acknowledges with great sadness the passing of Keith Marshman, who passed away peacefully on 25 August 2026, aged 86.

Keith was a valued and dedicated member of the Woorayl Lodge Board from October 2009 until his resignation in August 2018, serving as President for a number of years.

During his time with Woorayl Lodge, Keith gave an extraordinary amount of his time, energy and commitment. At a particularly challenging period in the organisation’s history, when Woorayl Lodge was facing significant difficulties and the risk of losing its accreditation, Keith devoted countless hours to helping guide and support the Lodge through those challenges. His commitment was, at times, almost a full-time contribution.

In recognition of his outstanding service and dedication, Keith was awarded Life Membership of Woorayl Lodge.

We are incredibly grateful for the tireless service Keith provided to Woorayl Lodge and for the lasting contribution he made to our organisation and community. His leadership, commitment and willingness to step forward when Woorayl Lodge needed it most will long be remembered.

Our sincere condolences go Keith’s family.

Thank you, Keith, for your many years of service and dedication to Woorayl Lodge. You will be fondly remembered and greatly missed.
