Passed away peacefully at home in the care of those he loved most.
Loving Husband and Soulmate of Julie, loved Father of Adam and Jaclyn, eldest son of Harold and Beverley, Brother to Mark and Darren, Brother in Law to Dianne and Colwyn.
Loved Uncle and friend to many.

A Memorial Service to Celebrate the Life of Mr. Terry Robert Lewis will be held at the Boolarra Bowling Club, Duke St, Boolarra on WEDNESDAY (May 8, 2019) commencing at 1.00pm. Private Cremation. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Latrobe Community Health Service Palliative Care team. Envelopes will be available at the Service.
