April 2, 2026Dear Helmseys, wish I could have been there today but so sorry I couldn’t be. I can’t remember a time in my life when Stropp (or Strock as I used to call him until I learned to pronounce properly) wasn’t apart of mine and my family’s life along with you lot. From swimming in the river to scout camp weekends and Stropps epic roasts, so much fun was had at the farm and he was the core of that. As we grew older and all went about our lives one thing stayed the same and that was our dad’s friendship. They were such great mates. I loved when I went to visit mum and dad and lo and behold Stropp was there in the shed having a beer with Dad. I loved catching up with him and hearing all of your guys goss. He was a wonderful man and great person and he was very much loved. I’m so sorry he’s gone guys. Love you lots. Belinda
