Working the land to become a man
From cream to milk, with pigs, chickens, sheep, crops and bullocks in between. Building sheds, houses and tractors from boxes. You always tried to teach us that the meaning of a hard day’s work will one day pay. Through rags to riches, sweat and pain. Ethel always said “you’ll only ever have one dad”
