Gone but not forgotten.

Bruce,
I don’t think there are enough words to properly describe what you mean to the people lucky enough to know you. You weren’t just my best friend’s dad — over the years, you became someone who hold’s a special place in my heart.

I’ll always be grateful for the laughs, the advice, the conversations and stories and all the little moments that probably didn’t seem significant at the time, but that I’ll now treasure forever.

Your memory and essence will live on through the people who love you, the stories they tell, and all the lives you touched and the love you gave that still remains with each of them.
Rest peacefully, Bruce. You will be deeply missed.

We didn’t know you a long time, but youve left a huge impact and legacy on the young boys and girls of Naoero. Every weekend ( for years to come) kids who could never have afforded to go surfing, will be riding the waves thanks to your kindness, support and generosity. You’ll be long remembiered here Bruce and I hope you look down and give a hoot when the kids catch a good wave. Thank you very much ( Tubwa kor) from the people of Naoero.
