Jack (known as John) Collins passed away peacefully in South Gippsland Hospital.
Aged 73 years.
Much loved husband of Pauline.
Loving father of Anthony, Kayleen & Tennille-Elise.
Step father of Darren, Michael & Jason.
Adored grandfather of 10.

Jack will be deeply missed and forever remembered by all that knew and loved him.
