Passed away peacefully on 28 June 2026 at Carinya Lodge, Korumburra, aged 75 years.
Devoted daughter of Jack and Bettie Hart (both deceased).
Much loved wife and best friend of Philip.
Loved Mum and Mother-In-Law of Scott and Karen, Adam, and Dean and Tristyn.

Funeral NoticeA Requiem Mass for the Repose of the Soul of Mrs Denise Lorraine Collard will be offered at Saint Joseph's Catholic Church, 6 Guys Road, Korumburra on FRIDAY (July 10, 2026) at 12:30pm.
Burial will follow the Mass, at the Korumburra Cemetery.
