Passed away peacefully with loving family by her side, after a long battle, on Saturday the 25th of March 2023, aged 57 years.
Loved partner of Daniel for 20 years.
Loving daughter of Colin (dec) and Irene.
Adored sister of Karren, Lynette, Robert and Shane.
Loved aunty by all her nieces and nephews.
With tears we watched you suffer, and watched you fade away, with courage and concern for others, you fought so hard to stay, But God saw that you were weary, and did what He thought best, He gently took you in His arms, and whispered come and rest,
Funeral NoticeThe Funeral Service and Committal for Cremation for Ms. Ann Chadwick will be held at Saint Peters Anglican Church, 2/4 Bruce St, Leongatha, on TUESDAY (April 04, 2023) commencing at 1.00 pm.
