If flowers grow in heaven,
Lord, then pick a bunch for me,
Then place them in my mothers arms
& tell her they’re from me.
Tell her that I love & miss her
& when she turns to smile,
place a kiss upon her cheek
& hold her for a while.

Nan,
You will forever be in my heart & I’m going to miss you so much. I couldn’t have asked for a better person to be able to call my Nan. Hope you are having fun up there.
Lots of love from your favourite Granddaughter Tahlia XXOO
