Tributes
  1. Dear Norma, Renee, Ashleigh, families and Douglas

What a privilege to have known such a gentle, lovely, gifted with his gravilleas and grafting, a godly man in Robert. The photo by the way is gorgeous and he is in his element.

Robert is now free from Parkinsons and it’s debilitating presence in his body. Going home to be with his Lord and Saviour is so much better.

You are all in my thoughts and prayers as you grieve his parting.

  16. My grandpa, a sweet and honourable man who cared a lot about his family. He was always soft spoken and kind to all those he crossed paths with. He never had a bad word leave his mouth about another person and he never seemed to have an ill-word to say about the situation he found myself in. Robert was a true hope and embodiment of a positive and genuine man. Some of my most treasured memories are not one in particular, but when he drove he would take the scenic routes for the travel-sick child I was. He knew how to accommodate to my needs, even before I was old enough to comprehend the weight it would mean to me. May you rest easy, Grandpa. You lived a full and happy life surrounded by your plants and your loved ones.
