Admired father-in-law to Jason, Josh, Simon and Jackie.
Adored grandad to Lachlan, Zac, Charlotte, Ruby, Lennie, Cash, Bowie, Dylan, Noah, Jed, Sage, and Nellie.
Cherished brother to Imogen.
A kind and generous family man who lived his life with compassion and love for others.

He will be missed and forever remembered.

A Memorial Service to Celebrate the Life of Mr. Gordon Charles Bowman will be held at Leongatha Senior Citizens Centre, (Dakers Centre), 23 Smith St, Leongatha on THURSDAY (June 12th 2025) commencing at 2:30pm

  14. I am deeply saddened by the loss of Gordon. I always enjoyed working alongside him at the Leongatha branch and, more recently, collaborating with him to manage and educate our first responder workforce. I will be forever grateful for the time he generously gave me through union representation, which made our workplace safer and fairer for everyone. His dedication and hard work to improve our working conditions has left a lasting impact. . My heartfelt condolences go out to your family during this difficult time. You will be truly missed, Gordy and thank you for your 50+ years of service.
