Funeral Notice
A Memorial Service to Celebrate the Life of Mr. Barrie Allan will be held at Leongatha RSL, Crn Smith St & Michael Pl on TUESDAY August 25th 2026, commencing at 12.30pm.

A private family burial will precede the above service.
I have great memories of Barrie when he was a “herd tester” and would come to our family dairy farm at Strzelecki.

This was well before cows had a micro chip ID but instead, individual names. Barrie was very meticulous with his work and had an excellent memory for cow names. Testing each cow for butterfat %, using Gerber goblets was so interesting to watch.
